Super six for Inxile!

The David Nicholls-trained Inxile won his sixth race in Ireland when landing the Abergwaun Stakes at Tipperary.

The six-year-old, a beaten favourite at Cork when last seen, bounced right back to his best and turned the tables in no uncertain terms on Invincible Ash, who had won the corresponding race 12 months ago.

Always prominent, he was kicked clear with fully two furlongs to run by the trainer's son Adrian and never looked like being caught.

The 4-1 chance came home two lengths clear of another British raider, Bryan Smart's Move In Time.

Last year's Nunthorpe winner Sole Power finished a disappointing fifth of the seven runners.
